Job summary

Hope Solutions seeks a Rapid Rehousing Manager to lead housing-focused services across BFH, RRHS, CRRH, THP+, and Village of Hope Pittsburg. You will supervise staff, ensure data quality and compliance, and manage budgets to meet outcomes.

Strong collaboration with county agencies and community partners is essential, with occasional evening events and field work to support clients and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years with vulnerable populations and housing initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple programs and $500k+ budgets.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise program staff across housing-focused services.
• Ensure data quality, HMIS compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee budgets, contractual outcomes, and fiscal accountability.
• Coordinate with County Continuum of Care and partners.
• Represent Hope Solutions at community events and meetings.
