Job summary

City and County of San Francisco seeks a Rapid Rehousing Program Manager (Scattered Site) to lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of RRH programs funded by HSH. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in a general administrative capacity, including budget administration, contract administration, program planning or policy development, or data analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, program monitoring, and performance data is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages Rapid Rehousing programs and provider grants.
• Oversees program implementation, transitions, and changes.
• Develops scopes of work, deliverables, and grant modifications.
• Monitors budgets, referrals, housing placements, and outcomes.
• Collaborates with providers to improve performance and housing retention services.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and drive program improvements.
