Job summary

Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Housing Case Manager Support Specialist for Washington County. This 1.0 FTE, full-time, benefits-eligible role is field- and sites-based, with a 20:1 participant ratio and a hybrid schedule.

Starting salary $48,600/year, funded through 2027, with benefits including PTO, retirement match, health/dental coverage, and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human service or related field with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human service or related field with minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must speak English; a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide participant-centered approach and excellent customer service sensitive to homelessness challenges.
• Utilize a flexible, get-it-done approach to help participants transition to permanent housing.
• Assist households through housing stabilization with tailored services.
• Collaborate with other case managers and maintain professional relationships.
• Establish professional relationships with participants.
• Develop individualized case management plans with goals, steps, timeframes, and dispositions.
