Claratel Behavioral Health in Georgia seeks a Housing Support Clinical Manager to oversee the Housing Support Program for adults in permanent subsidized housing, promoting stability, wellness, independence, recovery, and community integration.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with DBHDD and other bodies, and driving data-informed decisions, risk management, and quality documentation. Some evenings/weekends and regional travel are required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Three years’ experience providing case management/community support service or similar.
• Demonstration of leadership/management experience or increased duties in current/previous employment.
• Proficient with technology, electronic health records, and the following computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and train program personnel.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate data-driven decision capabilities in daily operations and long-term planning.
• Role model excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide daily programmatic supervision of staff.
• Ensure high quality documentation by self and staff.
