Job summary

Chief Seattle Club is seeking a Temporary Eviction Prevention Case Manager in Seattle to provide culturally competent housing case management to members, reporting to the Housing Program Manager. The role serves homeless and low-income Indigenous communities and requires in-person meetings, application processing, and coordination with partner agencies.

You will assess needs, develop Individual Housing Plans, maintain confidential records, and advocate on behalf of residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
• One year case management or closely related position experience.
• Has experience with Native communities and/or strong awareness of Native culture.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated services with multiple Chief Seattle Club partnering agencies.
• Manage a caseload of about 30 households.
• Provide utility assistance and enroll eligible households into city programs.
