Job summary

Chief Seattle Club seeks an Eviction Prevention Case Manager to provide culturally competent housing case management for members facing eviction and utility needs in Seattle. You will report to the Housing Program Manager and work with Native communities to secure stable housing.

The role requires in-person meetings, intake processing, and coordination with partnering agencies. Strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to handle a large caseload are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent working experience.
• One year in high-risk/at-risk populations or related case management.
• Experience with Native communities or strong awareness of Native culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated services with partnering agencies and meet performance standards.
• Manage a caseload of about 30 households with focus on eviction prevention.
• Assist with utility subsidies and enroll eligible households in discount programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in HMIS/Clarity systems.
