Job summary

A supportive housing organization in Seattle seeks a Case Manager to provide comprehensive support to residents, primarily Native American/Alaska Native. This role involves working on-site to assist with housing needs, create action plans, and coordinate services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of case management experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting marginalized communities. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years case management experience with vulnerable populations.
• Strong understanding of historical trauma among Indigenous communities.
• Ability to handle complaints/conflicts calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with housing and employment needs.
• Provide referrals to outside agencies.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
