Job summary
A supportive housing organization in Seattle seeks a Case Manager to provide comprehensive support to residents, primarily Native American/Alaska Native. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years case management experience with vulnerable populations.
Strong understanding of historical trauma among Indigenous communities.
Ability to handle complaints/conflicts calmly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Support residents with housing and employment needs.
Provide referrals to outside agencies.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
