Job summary

Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Case Manager – STEHP to provide direct case management focused on eviction prevention. The role handles advocacy, crisis intervention, information and referrals, and short-term services.

Based at the Joseph P Kennedy Center, the position is full-time, non-exempt, with typical hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and occasional overtime to meet deadlines or client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years’ experience in the social services field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention to individuals and families facing housing crises and eviction risk.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop service plans addressing concrete needs.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with Catholic Charities programs and clinics.
• Attend agency training, supervise sessions, and perform related duties as assigned.
