Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Case Manager – STEHP to provide direct case management focused on eviction prevention. The role handles advocacy, crisis intervention, information and referrals, and short-term services.
Based at the Joseph P Kennedy Center, the position is full-time, non-exempt, with typical hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and occasional overtime to meet deadlines or client needs.

Salary: $24.74 - $27.50, this is a non-exempt hourly position based on a 35 hours work week.
Summary: The case manager provides direct case management services, focusing on eviction prevention, to clients who are subject to or at risk of eviction. Services are provided through advocacy, crisis intervention, information and referral and short-term case management,
