Qualifications

• AA in a human or social services field.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and database software.
• Ability to work with diverse, high-need individuals.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Demonstrates cultural competence in multi-cultural settings.
• Commitment to Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.
• Pass required background clearances before employment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess housing needs using Motivational Interviewing and engagement.
• Develop and initiate housing stability plans with measurable goals.
• Provide case management to Bertha's Place clients for housing acquisition.
• Maintain accurate case notes and participate in weekly meetings.
• Attend weekly team meetings and other required meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
