Job summary

City Rescue Mission Inc. is seeking an Assessment Case Manager for the One Door OKC Project in Oklahoma City. You will conduct family assessments, housing consultations, and crisis response while coordinating with CRM staff and community partners to secure safe, sustainable housing.

You will manage intake, documentation, and referrals, ensuring client rights and responsibilities are explained clearly, with an emphasis on compassion, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience with families experiencing homelessness and shelter services.
• Experience in case management and resource navigation.
• Knowledge of housing placement processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assess families; explain process and next steps.
• Schedule and conduct family assessments and housing consultations.
• Respond to crises and telephone inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Document accurately in HMIS and maintain records per policy.
• Coordinate handoffs and referrals to housing resources.
• Provide transportation support as needed and maintain professional boundaries.
