Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a Housing Navigator for the Family Services department in San Diego County to assist CalWORKs participants with housing stability and access to resources. You will work closely with case managers, landlords, and community partners to expand housing opportunities and ensure client-centered support.

The role requires an Associate or higher degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to navigate housing resources.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree from a US college or university; experience may substitute.
• Experience in customer service, sales, housing or related fields.
• Knowledge of housing resources and affordable programs; landlord engagement.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate housing guidance, referrals, and long-term stability for participants.
• Identify housing needs, address barriers, and secure stable housing options.
• Assist with housing searches, applications, and landlord communications.
• Develop relationships with landlords, property managers, and partners.
• Coordinate services with case managers to support client goals.
• Educate participants on housing options and tenant responsibilities.
• Advocate for participants with landlords and service providers.
• Maintain accurate case records and program documentation.
