Qualifications

• Must pass the pre-employment background check.
• Oregon Driver license and driving record meeting SHA Salem standards.
• Admin Analyst I/II qualifications or equivalent experience in housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial, interim, and annual income certifications.
• Prepare client files and liaise with landlords.
• Authorize Housing Assistance Payments and explain program rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Manage a caseload and determine program eligibility and rent subsidies.
• Ensure all files comply with HUD regulations.
