Family Promise of West Michigan seeks a Housing Specialist to work with landlords, program participants, and case managers to secure housing, inspect units, and maintain housing inventory. You will educate participants on tenancy, complete inspections, and assist with rent reasonableness checklists and housing-related documentation.
This in-person role may allow remote work; you will travel between FPWM locations and must have a valid driver’s license.

This position is in-person with the availability to work remotely. Work is performed at Family Promise of West Michigan's administrative building, shelter and housing locations.
Lifting of materials of up to 20 pounds may be necessaryand may have to travel between Family Promise shelter locations.
