The Entertainment Community Fund seeks a Social Worker to provide intensive case management and clinically focused support to residents of The Schermerhorn in Brooklyn. This full-time role emphasizes direct services, assessments, and coordination with partner agencies to enhance housing stability and access to benefits.

Formación

• Master's in social work from an accredited program and NY State Licensure.
• Strong assessment, case management, clinical, and communication abilities.
• Flexible to work off-site for advocacy and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct services including case management, counseling, advocacy, crisis intervention, home visits, and referrals.
• Assist clients with accessing benefits and services, coordinate with partner agencies to address housing stability.
• Develop and facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic recreation programs for residents.
