Qualifications

• CRSS certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and activities that promote recovery.
• Support participants to make informed choices and take responsibility for their own recovery.
• Mentor participants to utilize community resources.
• Advocate on behalf of participants in navigating mental health and other systems.
• Help participants build and maintain community living skills.
• Support participants’ efforts to find and retain employment, education, volunteer work, and other meaningful activities.
