Job summary

The Salvation Army Everett New Start Center is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee case management across EVNSC and the Everett Emergency Motel Program. You will supervise staff, ensure housing-focused, client-centered services, and drive outcomes toward stable, permanent housing.

Working with the Program Director, you will monitor HMIS data, ensure program compliance, and partner with community providers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in human services preferred.
• Experience with case management, housing services, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HMIS or similar data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to case management staff across EVNSC and Emergency Motel Program.
• Oversee housing-focused, client-centered case management practices and service planning.
• Establish performance expectations for outcomes like permanent housing placement.
• Conduct supervision meetings, case conferencing, and file reviews for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate services across sites and maintain partnerships with community providers.
