AMI Housing, Inc. (AMIH) seeks a Referral Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for program referrals across housing initiatives, including navigation, transitional and permanent housing, ARF, SRA, and Harbor services.

The role requires coordinating referrals, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining privacy standards. The ideal candidate will understand homelessness and housing systems, communicate effectively, and support clients toward stable housing and recovery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as central coordinator for incoming referrals to agency programs.
• Review, process, and prioritize referrals based on eligibility and client needs.
• Ensure referrals are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with case managers and staff to assess client eligibility and placements.
• Provide clients with information about programs and assist with navigation of intake.
