Job summary

Sana Lake Recovery Center LLC is hiring a Housing Peer Recovery Coach in Maryland Heights, MO. The role focuses on developing rehabilitation skills, coordinating transportation between recovery housing and outpatient services, and guiding residents in their recovery journey.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, Missouri Peer Support Certification, and a valid Class E license. Prior housing or recovery support experience is a plus and will support our member-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified as a Peer Support through the Missouri Credentialing Board.
• Prior experience in housing, recovery support services, or administrative coordination is a plus.
• Class E License with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation between Recovery Housing and Outpatient Services.
• Provide guidance at residences where payors reside.
• Support interventions built on the relationship between the Peer Specialist, the individual served, and their family unit.
