Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with a relevant degree.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience performing client eligibility calculations per HUD guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear information to clients, tenants, landlords, and agencies.
• Perform client eligibility calculations in compliance with HUD guidelines.
• Maintain case management data and generate reports.
• Complete HUD re-certifications and unit inspections coordination.
• Prepare reports and records for Section 8 properties and landlords.
