Job summary

Tulsa Housing Authority is seeking a Housing Coordinator to prepare, execute, monitor, approve, and administer leases and HAP contracts for participants in rental assistance programs. The role defines rent portions and conducts annual recertifications in line with HUD and THA regulations.

Starting pay is $19.63 per hour. Candidate should have an associate degree or related housing experience, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and a strong customer service background; LIHTC experience and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year of housing field experience.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Experience handling a high-volume caseload preferred.
• Must hold a valid Oklahoma Driver's license.
• M–F, 7:30am–4:00pm, overtime and on-call as needed.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience with social service caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, monitor, approve, and administer leases and Housing Assistance Payments contracts.
• Define participants' rent portion and perform annual recertifications.
• Comply with HUD and THA regulations and policies.
