Qualifications

• Less than high school education and/or six (6) months to two (2) years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must hold a valid Oklahoma Driver's license.
• This position requires the ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and respond to emergency calls.
• Must be able to work M – F, 7:30am – 4:00pm, overtime and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair THA owned or operated facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on structures; carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, heating and air conditioning.
• Execute service calls that require basic skills using hand and power tools.
