Job summary

Tulsa Housing Authority seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff across THA properties in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and structural upkeep and coordinate repair tasks while supporting hands-on work as needed.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license. Expect to work an on-site schedule with potential after-hours calls and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years related work experience and/or training.
• 1 year supervisory or working lead experience.
• Must hold a valid Oklahoma Driver's license.
• Overtime on weekdays and weekends; respond to emergency calls.
• Ability to work M-F, 7:30am–4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance staff engaged in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical and physical structures of buildings and grounds.
• Respond to after-hour calls as needed or directed by THA Management.
• Directly supervises one to ten maintenance employees; interview, hire, train and appraise staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems.
