Job summary

The California Department of Housing and Community Development seeks an Analyst I (Program Analyst) in Riverside to support the Mobilehome Parks Act and related programs. The role focuses on analytical and consultative tasks to ensure effective program delivery.

You will interpret laws, assist with the Mobilehome Park Maintenance program, perform CASAS data entry and analysis, and respond to inquiries while working in-office five days a week.

Qualifications

• Note: Effective July 1, 2025, a 3% salary reduction is in place under the Personal Leave Program (PLP).
• This position requires working in the office every day, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies related to the Mobilehome Parks Act, Special Occupancy Parks Act, Employee Housing Act, and Manufactured Housing Act.
• Support the Mobilehome Park Maintenance (MPM) Program and perform CASAS data entry and analysis.
• Respond to internal and public inquiries regarding program requirements, database systems, and regulatory processes.
• Provide essential analytical, administrative, and technical support to ensure delivery of the Division’s oversight and enforcement responsibilities.
