Job summary

Community Housing Network is seeking a Housing Resource Analyst Specialist to work with the Community Programs Housing Resource management team to ensure the department follows MSHDA/HUD guidance and internal workflows and procedures.

The role includes auditing participant files, updating workflows, and gathering data for outcomes, with additional support for other department processes as needed. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Lived experience or bachelor’s degree in social work or human services or two years of related experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised with reliability and efficiency while prioritizing tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of CES and HMIS is essential for the role.
• Strong communication with vulnerable populations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly compliance audit of participant files and applications.
• Verify audited files are corrected.
• Keep internal workflows up-to-date per MSHDA/HUD guidance.
• Maintain accurate internal data and generate outcome reports.
• Serve as first contact for workshop inquiries and coordinate paperwork.
