CrescentCare is seeking a qualified housing case manager to provide direct services under the Permanent Supportive Housing program in New Orleans. The role involves supporting clients to maintain housing and collaborating with the PSH team to achieve program goals.

The position requires an MSW, 5+ years in social work, and a CSW/RSW license. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in social work services.
• Minimum 3 years housing-related experience.
• Valid RS W or CSW license in good standing.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing case management support to clients on a caseload.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and supervising staff.
• Develop and implement program goals with supervisors.
• Maintain regulatory and quality standards.
• Coordinate training and supervision to ensure service quality.
