Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is seeking a Housing Program Director in Tell City, IN. The exempt full-time role (35 hours/week) leads housing operations across LHDC properties and the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Responsibilities include supervising the housing team, strategic planning, budgeting, policy development, and ongoing LHDC management involvement. Travel to locations and trainings will be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field; associate degree or relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be a licensed real estate agent or willing to obtain license within 1 year.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required; travel locally and out-of-area.
• Must pass background checks as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and operations of LHDC’s residential properties.
• Supervise housing team and participate in LHDC Management Team activities.
• Oversee the Housing Choice Voucher Program and related policy development.
• Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and oversight.
• Travel to LHDC housing locations, offsite meetings, and trainings as needed.
