Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program seeks a Senior Service Technician for a full-time, 35-hour week in Crawford County, Indiana. You will supervise maintenance work, schedule activities, and ensure units are ready for rent, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and repairs.

Travel to other LHDC locations may be required. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance, and

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience or training in basic residential maintenance preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance work for LHDC Housing Program.
• Schedule maintenance/work activities and coordinate with management.
• Perform grounds maintenance, cleaning and preparing units to rent.
• Handle light plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor repairs.
• Travel locally to LHDC locations as needed.
