Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) invites applicants for a Housing Program Director based in Tell City, Indiana. The exempt, full-time position (35 hours/week) oversees LHDC's residential properties and the Housing Choice Voucher Program, supervises the housing team, and participates in LHDC Management Team activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Management, Administration or related field preferred.
• Applicant must be a licensed real estate agent or willing to obtain license within one year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and operations of LHDC's residential properties.
• Supervise housing team and participate in LHDC Management Team activities.
• Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, policy development and oversight.
• Travel to LHDC locations and attend offsite meetings/trainings as needed.
