Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corp in Tell City, Indiana, seeks a Housing Program Director to oversee LHDC-owned residential properties and the Housing Choice Voucher Program. The role includes supervising the housing team and contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and policy oversight.

Travel to LHDC locations and trainings is required. The position is full-time (35 hours per week) based in Tell City, with a focus on mission-driven housing services and program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Management, Administration, or correlated discipline preferred.
• Licensed real estate agent or willingness to obtain license within one year of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; travel locally and out-of-area as necessary.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and operations of LHDC-owned residential properties.
• Oversee the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
• Supervise the housing team and participate in LHDC Management Team activities.
• Assist with strategic planning, budget preparation, policy development, and oversight.
• Travel to LHDC housing locations, offsite meetings, and trainings as required.
