Job Overview

The Program Analyst will support the Program Director in ensuring the successful progress and execution of renewable energy projects. This role involves promoting project execution to maximize results in alignment with the company's objectives, ensuring timely delivery, and adhering to the standards approved by the Investment Committee and Zelestra's contracts and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibility

  • Stakeholder Representation: Represent Zelestra in interactions with external project stakeholders, including public institutions, local communities, owners, lenders, and independent engineers.
  • Internal Communication: Manage communication with internal Zelestra departments to ensure effective coordination and successful project completion.
  • Project Compliance: Ensure projects are completed in accordance with client conditions established in power purchase agreements, and that design and execution comply with contractual, environmental, and social requirements.
  • Contract Coordination: Assist in coordinating the signing and execution of main contracts, including Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Supply Agreements, Operation and Maintenance Agreements (O&M), Asset Management (AMS), Financial Agreements, and Development Agreements.
  • Resource Management: Help establish and secure necessary resources for project execution. Organize project teams, ensuring clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and empowerment within their scope of duties.
  • Performance Monitoring: Constantly monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Take necessary actions to ensure financial, time, quality, and safety performance to maximize project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Define and update the risk management plan. Evaluate and determine actions to benefit overall project performance, tracking implementation and results.
  • Project Oversight: Assume responsibility for projects from advanced development to commercial exploitation. Take actions to improve overall project processes and provide performance information to other business areas.
  • Project Planning: Coordinate with the planning division to develop and monitor project schedules, manage slack, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Financial Support: Support the Finance team during funding and due diligence processes. Monitor financial progress, identifying deviations, and taking actions to steer projects towards agreed financial KPIs.
