Job summary

All Chicago MHH in Chicago seeks a Landlord Engagement Coordinator to expand housing options within the city’s homeless response system. You will conduct housing location services, perform inspections, and build strong relationships with landlords and property managers to support successful placements.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth housing transitions and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property/housing management or related field.
• Experience with homeless services or housing programs preferred.
• Knowledge of RLTO and Fair Housing laws is preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with landlords and housing partners to expand access to units.
• Provide housing search and placement support for program participants.
• Conduct unit inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with partners and manage inquiries, workflows, and program administration.
