Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Housing Options Advisor to join the Housing Solutions team. You will deliver high-quality housing advice, homelessness prevention, and relief services, while supporting a move-on project to increase access to sustainable housing for vulnerable residents.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of homelessness legislation and housing options processes.
• CIH qualification or other relevant housing qualification is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Act as a primary contact for customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, delivering triage and advice.
• Manage a caseload of homelessness prevention and relief cases, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Complete Full Housing Assessments (FHAs) and develop Personal Housing Plans (PHPs).
• Provide tailored advice including landlord negotiation, mediation, and tenancy sustainment.
• Lead and participate in multi-agency meetings to identify risks and develop support plans.
• Support the delivery of the Move-On project by identifying residents ready for move-on and coordinating pathways into long-term accommodation.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and maintain accurate case records using housing management systems.
