Job summary

Brown University seeks an Assistant Director of Housing Operations & Projects to oversee the graduate housing system (StarRez) and the housing lottery for 3,100+ students. The role ensures occupancy optimization and a seamless link between housing assignments, billing, and campus databases.

The position also manages River House occupancy reporting, supports StarRez integration for all cycles, and collaborates with the Associate Director to back stop special housing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in residential life, housing assignments, systems management, or other relevant fields.
• Experience working with StarRez and/or other housing management systems.
• Data management and analysis skills required.
• Advanced administrative experience in StarRez (including Report Fuel, Dashboards, and Portal X) is strongly preferred.
