• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four years of property management or leasing experience required.
• Proficient with YARDI and RENT Café in residential property management; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet residents, triage inquiries, route requests to the Property Manager.
• Operations and Leasing: verify eligibility, process vacancies/transfers, entry data for applications, renewals and payments.
• General Office Duties: maintain logs, scan/copy documents, handle mail and deliveries.
