You will coordinate with the Director, Property Manager, and on-site staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four years of property management or leasing experience required.
• Experience in fast-paced office environments preferred.
• YARDI and RENT Café experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, triage inquiries, and route requests to the Property Manager.
• Assist with leasing processes, data entry for applications and renewals, and rent collections.
• Support general office duties including logs, mail, and document management.
• Collaborate with the Director and janitorial staff to maintain high occupancy.
