Job summary

Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to lead the Housing Offices and oversee day-to-day operations, including property operations, maintenance, and admin functions.

You will negotiate leases, permits, contracts, and other property agreements while ensuring compliance with housing policies and the Tribal Building Code. You will supervise staff, coordinate contractors, and resolve tenant complaints.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in business administration or related field is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of prior experience as Property Manager or equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered.
• Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of Housing Offices, coordinating property operations, maintenance and administrative functions.
• Negotiate, develop, and prepare leases, permits, contracts, and other property agreements.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor performance; investigate and resolve tenant service complaints.
• Supervise and schedule the work of Property Staff.
• Ensure quality housing services and compliance with housing policies and the Tribal Building Code for Residential Construction; provide financial and housing education to Tribal Members.
