Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee housing property operations, maintenance, and administration. The role includes negotiating leases, permits, and contracts, and coordinating contractor performance across reservations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years’ property management experience, and a valid Florida driver's license. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

• Coordinate and monitor contractor performance; resolve tenant complaints.
• Supervise and schedule work of Property Vendors.
