Job summary

Brown University seeks an Assistant Director of Housing Operations and Projects to oversee graduate housing workflows and starrez administration, ensuring seamless integration with billing and campus databases. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in residential life, housing assignments, systems management, or related fields.
• Experience with StarRez and/or other housing management systems is required.
• Data management and analysis skills are required.
• Advanced StarRez proficiency (Report Fuel, Dashboards, Portal X) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and workflow for graduate housing and assist with the housing lottery for 3,100+ students and placement of 1,800+ first-year students.
• Serve as primary user and administrator of StarRez; ensure integration between housing assignments, billing, and campus partner databases.
• Collaborate with Associate Director, Residential Operations to support special interest and non-academic term housing processes.
