Job summary

University of Miami seeks an Assistant Director of Housing Operations and Facility Services to lead the day-to-day management of the university's residential buildings, ensuring readiness, maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory control across all spaces. You will supervise student staff, coordinate inspections, and drive improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities/operations related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years of full-time experience in college/university housing and residential operations or similar.
• Experience coordinating maintenace, housekeeping, or contracted services.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the university's housing portfolio in partnership with FOP and contractors.
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspection calendars and readiness schedules; coordinate with Housing Operations Manager.
