Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year clerical experience.

• Rent Calculation certification preferred within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housing Manager with operation of housing development and record keeping.
• Print, distribute and close work orders; provide information to tenants.
• Perform routine bookkeeping; maintain lease, billing, and delinquent rent records.
• Prepare payroll and verify confidential information; manage schedules and reports.
• Supervise temporary workers and maintenance staff; other duties as assigned.
