Job summary

TASC is hiring a Housing Network Developer to expand safe, affordable housing for justice-impacted clients in the Southern region of Illinois, including Jefferson, Jackson, Franklin, and Williamson counties.

Starting salary is $45,000–$48,000 annually, contingent on experience. The role requires collaboration with the HIR program to ensure housing quality and client stability while maintaining detailed records and landlord communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housing placement, landlord engagement, property management, or community development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and expand safe, affordable housing for justice-impacted individuals.
• Build and maintain landlord relationships to secure units and address barriers.
• Coordinate with the HIR team on housing availability, lease updates, and client placement.
