Job summary

Hope House Colorado is hiring a Housing Navigator in Arvada to help teen moms obtain stable housing, guide them through housing options, assist with applications, and secure essential documentation.

You will build relationships with community housing partners, provide intensive case management for rental assistance, support eviction prevention, and promote the organization’s core values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in housing navigation (desired).
• Strong interpersonal and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate teen moms about housing options and assist in obtaining and maintaining stable housing.
• Keep track of housing situations to support resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with case management staff within community housing partnerships.
• Provide case management for moms receiving ongoing rental assistance.
• SupportResidential moms in finding more stable housing.
• Assist in obtaining rent assistance to avoid eviction.
• Promote Hope House Colorado's core values in all interactions.
