Job summary

The Family Tree, Inc. is seeking a Homelessness Program Housing Specialist in the Denver Metro Area to assess eligibility for families and individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

You will provide housing navigation, placement, and ongoing support while coordinating with landlords and community partners. This full-time position requires strong organizational skills, trauma-informed care, and the ability to manage a case load and coordinate with HMIS and other tracking

Qualifications

• Maintain relationships with landlords and community partners in the Denver Metro Area.
