Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Colorado seeks a Housing Assistance Navigator to help individuals and families access rental assistance and housing-related support. You will assess eligibility, gather documentation, and provide follow-up as part of light case management.

You’ll also support the motel voucher program for families experiencing homelessness, coordinating transportation and long-term services. The role requires an Associates degree in relevant fields and 1–2 years of experience with

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field plus 1 year experience with rental assistance programs (HRP/HPAP).
• 1-2 years experience with low-income or vulnerable populations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; data entry accuracy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental assistance email inbox and phone referrals.
• Provide light case management and eligibility assessment.
• Assist families with motel vouchers and connections to long-term services.
• Enter and maintain client data in HMIS and grant documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords and vendors for funding and paperwork.
