Job summary

EOCP’s Crossroads in Oakland seeks a Coordinated Entry Housing Navigator for Singles to manage a caseload of chronically homeless individuals and link them to housing resources. You will assess housing needs, coordinate with partners, and support clients toward permanent housing.

The role emphasizes field-based outreach, data recording, and collaboration with the Outreach team to secure interim housing, services, and tenant supports while guiding clients through applications and wait times.
