Job summary

Mercy House, Inc. in Ventura and Oxnard is seeking a Housing Navigation Supervisor to lead a team of 5-7 navigators. You will maintain a small caseload, provide trauma-informed, client-centered housing assistance, and collaborate with leadership to resolve barriers to housing access.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis intervention, and Spanish language skills, with opportunities for growth within the organization and cross-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with homeless individuals and individuals living with mental health conditions.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly valued.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload and supervise 5-7 Navigators.
• Lead team meetings and ensure trauma-informed services.
• Oversee documentation in HMIS and CES.
• Coordinate training and orientations.
• Approve absences and mileage reimbursements.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to develop solutions.
