Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, Fair Housing laws, and Section 8/public housing programs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for resident interactions.
• Proficiency in housing management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
