Qualifications

• Two years of housing maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assists with repairs and installation of doors, windows, screens, and related fixtures.
• Maintains hospital grounds: mowing, pruning, planting, and debris removal.
• Pours and finishes concrete; performs basic carpentry tasks and cabinetry work.
• Repairs wiring, switches, and electrical components as needed.
• Maintains plumbing systems: pipes, fittings, valves, and leaks.
• Maintains heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
• Performs routine painting, prep, and cleaning of surfaces.
• Supports housing inventory counts and stock management.
• Follows fire safety and OSHA in-service requirements.
• Ensures proper PPE use and safety protocols at all times.
• Completes training and tasks to meet essential functions.
