Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of property maintenance experience, be knowledgeable in repairs, and possess strong interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge and skills necessary for minor housing repairs including electrical, plumbing, wall patching.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance and repairs for client units.
• Provide relocation assistance for families.
• Monitor and implement Housing Quality Safety inspections.
• Respond to staff and client needs.
• Work independently.
